On an iPhone, if you're typing a word that is common in both contraction and non-contraction form (such as its/it's, or well/we'll), iPhone will auto-correct to the contraction form if you type the last letter of the word an extra time ("welll" corrects to "we'll", for example). Via Lifehacker.com.
If Evernote on Mac (or Windows) has taken over HTTP links, it's an easy fix: Head to Safari>Preferences>General and set the default web browser to something other than Evernote. Seems that the change to Safari 4 may have something to do with the hiccup.
Using the (Google) search box in Mozilla Firefox, you can perform simple math computations that will be answered by the autofill suggestion box below the field. Try it, apparently 2 + 2 = 4. Who knew?
